This policy explains how the Muslim 313 – Al Quran Android app
(com.alghaniitpark.muslim313), published by Alghani IT Park, handles
your information. It also covers this website.
The short version: we do not ask you to create an account, we do not sell your data, and your location never leaves your device.
1. Information the app uses
Location
The app requests approximate or precise location so it can calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction for where you are. This calculation happens on your device — your coordinates are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us. You can decline the permission and set your city manually instead; the app remains fully usable.
Microphone
The app declares the microphone permission for its audio recitation features. Audio is processed on your device for that purpose only. Nothing is recorded in the background, and no audio is uploaded to us or to any third party.
Notifications
With your permission, the app schedules local Azan and prayer reminders on your device. It also registers a push token with Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send occasional announcements. The token identifies the installation, not you.
Storage
Downloaded Quran PDFs and recitation audio are saved to your device so they work offline. These files stay on your device and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the app.
Settings
Your preferences — calculation method, language, bookmarks, tasbeeh counts, reading position — are stored locally on your device. We cannot read them.

3. What we do not do
- We do not require an account, a name, an email address or a phone number.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not store your location on our servers.
- We do not build a profile of you or share anything with advertisers.
4. Children
The app is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13 in a way that collects personal information from them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. This website
muslim313.com sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or third-party analytics. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving them.
Counting what is popular
So we can show which books are most read, the website counts how many times each book page is opened and each PDF is downloaded. Each of those counts is a single number attached to a book — no IP address, cookie, account or device identifier is recorded with it, so the count cannot be traced back to you or joined up into a history of what you have read.
We also keep a count of the words typed into the site's search box, so we can see what people are looking for and add the books they cannot find. Search terms are stored on their own, with nothing identifying attached.
Your theme choice and whether you dismissed the app banner are stored in your own browser only. They never reach us.
6. Your choices
- Revoke location, microphone or notification permissions any time in Android Settings → Apps → Muslim 313 → Permissions.
- Turn off notifications inside the app's own settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, mention it in the app.
