By using the Muslim 313 – Al Quran app or this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Muslim 313 is provided free of charge by Alghani IT Park for personal, non-commercial religious use. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Religious content

Quranic text, translations, hadith and scholarly works are reproduced from established published sources. We take accuracy seriously, but errors in transcription or formatting are possible. For matters of religious ruling, please consult a qualified scholar rather than relying on the app alone.

3. Prayer times and Qibla

Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated from your location using standard astronomical methods and your chosen calculation convention. Results can vary with local convention, device sensor accuracy and magnetic interference. Please verify against your local mosque.

4. The library

The Deeni Nisaab and Khutbaat sections link to PDFs hosted on archive.org. We do not host, own or control those files, and we make no claim of copyright over them. If you hold rights to a work listed here and want it removed, email mahad.ul.ghani.al.islami@gmail.com and we will remove the link promptly.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute the app modified or repackaged.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape this site at a rate that degrades it for others.
• Do not use the service unlawfully or to misrepresent religious teaching.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Alghani IT Park is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or site.
